Hi Casey. Welcome to the group! I would suggest surfing around a bit and see what and how everyone posts. If it is just general info sharing then post in the general discussion area. For coaching video uploads add those to the upload area. This app is pretty neat and still gaining traction. For video uploads- there is a specific way they would like it done. One video from directly behind you. Another from the side. If someone can hold the camera/phone for you that is good otherwise you will need a tripod a cheap tripod can be gotten from amazon for around $10-$15. The one I got has a little bluetooth remote.
