Yeah I see your uploads from the 21st in the correct video review section. He'll get to them and message you when he has posted the review video.

Depends on Coach Daniel's other commitments, sickness, vacation, etc. Usually there's about a week delay, sometimes it's 2-3 weeks, rarely I've seen it go longer.

I'm no expert with injury but my first thought would to minimize motion and stress. To that end I'd suggest a wrist brace, to keep the wrist from breaking backwards too far. Then maybe have your fit checked. I'm thinking in particular if the span is too long then you would have to squeeze more than you want to hold the ball, and it would be better if rests comfortably in the hand and you barely had to grab it at all.

Coach Daniel is invaluable. Do the video reviews. Even if you didn't watch all the other content or engage with the community his advice is worth it. The rest is a nice bonus.

I have accuracy issues but from some physical positioning/motion I shouldn't be doing, not from ball speed.

What works for me is focusing on a very relaxed shoulder. Once the ball is in the swing I try not to engage those muscles at all, letting the swing happen regardless of how it feels.

The idea is that the ball path is determined entirely by the setup and push away. If that's on line, the ball goes where it should no matter how fast or slow my feet move.

There can be some issues syncing the swing timing with foot timing as your foot speed changes. One idea for that is holding the ball higher when you want your feet going slower, and vice versa. It's a little counterintuitive but when your feet take more time you want a longer swing so that it takes more time too.

Angles:

- Directly behind you with your feet visible and the ball fully in view at the top of the back swing

- From your bowling side, with your full approach visible from setup to delivery over the foul line. Typically this means the camera will need to be placed about 2 lanes over. And you will need to be on the same side of the ball return as your bowling arm (right side for right handed, probably an even number lane)

- If you can't get those easily then from about 45 degrees behind and to your bowling side is okay but less than ideal

Videos should be no more than a minute long, taken in 1080p with no slow motion enabled. I use 60fps.

I like to edit a recording and include one clip of each angle in the same video. Others do separate videos with no editing. Sometimes I include up to 3 clips from the same angle to compare good/bad/average shots. Usually each clip is about 7 seconds long for me so I never run over time and keep the video size smaller.

When you create a new post choose the section named for video review requests, attach the video, and tag Coach Daniel. I typically include a description of what I'd been working on or recent changes in case that's helpful.

Don't fret too much - no matter how you record or what you write Coach Daniel is very good at finding something useful to give you from the video. He'll tell you if he needs something different in a future video.

It's a good ball for sure. My buddy shot 300 with it a couple weeks ago

My leagues take December off :(

Gorgeous ball. I think I wouldn't get a ball I didn't want to use but if mine came looking like that I'd be tempted to get one for display and one for the lane
